Who said the act of love had to make sense?

This is a beautiful line from one of my favorite movie of all time, Run Fatboy Run, a brilliant movie by David Schwimmer. The dialog happened between the 2 leading actor and actress, Simon Pegg and Thandie Newton. In the scene, Dennis Doyle who played by Simon Pegg was trying to explained why he had a cold feet and left Libby who played by Thandie Newton on the altar at their wedding day.

Danny: “You know, I mean, I didn't do you any favours on that day, ok? I did a stupid, stupid thing. But it was only because I thought spoiling your day was better than ruining your life. Does that make any sense?”
